### **Terms and Conditions for The Good Sandwich Digital Loyalty Stamp Card**

By participating in The Good Sandwich Digital Loyalty Stamp Card program ("Loyalty Program"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

### **1. Eligibility**

- The Loyalty Program is open to all customers of The Good Sandwich, aged 16 years and over.

- Employees of The Good Sandwich and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

- The Loyalty Card is non-transferable and must be registered under the participant’s name.

### **2. How the Program Works**

- For each qualifying purchase made at The Good Sandwich (either in-store or via delivery), customers will receive a digital stamp. Qualifying purchases are defined as any sandwich purchase with a value of €5 or more.

- One (1) stamp will be awarded per transaction, regardless of the number of items purchased in that transaction.

- After collecting a total of **10 stamps**, participants are eligible to receive one (1) free regular sandwich of their choice.

### **3. Redeeming Stamps**

- The free sandwich can be redeemed only once after 10 stamps are collected.

- The free sandwich must be of equal or lesser value than the average of previously purchased sandwiches.

- Stamps can only be redeemed in-store or through the designated The Good Sandwich online ordering system.

- Stamps are not redeemable for cash, gift cards, or other goods or services.

### **4. Expiration and Inactivity**

- Stamps must be collected within a **12-month** period from the date of the first stamp. After 12 months of inactivity (no stamps earned), the card and any stamps accrued will expire and cannot be redeemed.

- Once stamps expire, customers will need to start a new digital card.

### **5. Lost or Stolen Digital Stamp Cards**

- The Good Sandwich is not responsible for any lost or stolen Loyalty Stamp Cards or stamps. Customers are advised to keep their account information secure.

- In case of technical issues, customers should notify The Good Sandwich immediately to resolve the problem.

### **6. Program Modification or Termination**

- The Good Sandwich reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice.

- Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on The Good Sandwich website or digital platform.

- In the event of program termination, customers will have 30 days to redeem any accumulated rewards.

### **7. Customer Privacy**

- The Good Sandwich collects personal information (such as name, email, and phone number) for the purpose of administering the Loyalty Program. By participating, you agree to the collection and use of this information.

- Your information will not be shared with third parties and will only be used for communication regarding The Good Sandwich offers, promotions, and loyalty rewards.

### **8. Fraud and Abuse**

- Any fraudulent activity, such as attempting to manipulate or abuse the Loyalty Program, may result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of any accumulated stamps or rewards.

- The Good Sandwich reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action if fraud or abuse is suspected.

### **9. Governing Law**

- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Loyalty Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
